Can't play yet even though I pre-ordered? - Guild Wars Forums

Hello guys,
I have pre-ordered the package and got my pre-order key via e-mail.
I see you guys starting playing and yet I can't "create" a character (they button is grey and I can't push it) so taht I start playing.
I am in Europe btw if that matters.
Kindly tell me what is going on?

It's ok folks, I'm a total noob.
I didn't read the part that said "character name must consist of >>2<< words"....lol
I'm going in!
